Two king rooms and two rooms with two queens each. Everyone gets a real bed, and nobody's on a bunk.

Ping pong, foosball, Xbox, Sonos, and a big TV. Where the kids and the adults both end up.
Eighteen minutes to Whiteface
Ski, hike, or chase waterfalls, then come home to the hot tub. Lake Placid is under thirty minutes.

The process
How booking works
No surprises — here's exactly what happens after you pick your dates.

Pick your dates and pay a 50% deposit
Real-time calendar, clear pricing. Your card is charged for half the total to lock in the dates.

Sign the lease and verify your ID
A short rental agreement you sign right here, with a quick ID and selfie check built into the signing through Stripe Identity. Takes about a minute and you get a signed PDF by email. We never see your ID — Stripe only sends us a verified or not-verified result.

Balance auto-charges 30 days before check-in
Same card, nothing for you to do. If your stay is within 30 days, the full amount is charged at booking.
Step 2 needs to be finished within 72 hours of your deposit. If they aren't, the booking is canceled and your deposit is refunded in full automatically — no fees, no penalty.
